Pantescan oregano

Extremely fragrant and rich in taste and scent, Pantescan oregano gives the dish an aromatic and, at the same time, delicate taste, as well as unmistakably Mediterranean.
Processing technique :
When the plants have riched full flowering, the night before harvesting, they are carefully washed; the next morning at dawn the stems are cut and when the sun is out they are laid over linen sheets to dry in the sun for only a few hours. Then the bundles are covered and kept to dry away from the sun for the rest of the day. When they are dry, they are separated and hand crumbled using a large hole colander keeping only the bracts. Hence, the oregano goes under 3 more sievings and finally it gets packed in bags.
