ALMA NOCTIS
Passito di Pantelleria DOP

Alma Noctis is produced with the Zibibbo grapes cultivated “ad alberello”, creeping very low on the ground and growing protected by dry stone walls. The grapes are then dried – in part or in whole – in the sun.
Golden yellow colour with amber reflections, Alma Noctis has scents of raisins, dates and dried apricots; aromatic, sweet and persistent on the palate.
Excellent as meditation wine, it pairs best with blue cheeses or aged and spicy cheeses, almond cookies or cakes, cassata siciliana and typical Sicilian desserts.
Best served at 10-12°C
